I had great customer service. I called in and left a message about ties. I thought I found what I wanted in the mean time, so I placed an order. The customer service rep called me the next day. I told her I wanted Christmas red, she recommended a different color then I ordered. She caught the order and corrected it. It also came fast. She did an awesome job!
