Returns and Exchanges
TieMart offers a hassle-free return and/or exchange policy. Orders may be returned/exchanged within 60 days of receipt. No prior authorization is needed to begin a return or exchange. Simply download our return/exchange form and follow the steps.

Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
● Items must be returned within 60 days.
● The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Items must be sent to us pre-paid. If there are shipping charges or customs billed to us upon a return, your refund will be reduced by that amount.
● Original shipping charges, including sales tax on shipping, are nonrefundable. Only the product cost and product sales tax will be refunded.
● If discounts were received and the return causes the discount to no longer apply, we will reduce your refund by that amount. Discounts may not be applied to exchanges.
● We recommend adding a tracking to your return shipment. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that we do not receive without a tracking number showing delivery.
● Exchanges are reshipped free via economy shipping within the USA. If you are outside the USA, you will be e-mailed with the return shipping charge for your authorization. (For urgent exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and then returning your original order.) Limit one exchange cycle per order.
● Items must be returned in the original condition and plastic sleeve or other packaging. No refunds/exchanges are given on items worn, soiled, with an odor, in an unsalable condition or sent after the applicable time period.
● We do not guarantee ties worn in any environment where they are abused (i.e. yanked, grabbed, twisted, etc.).
● Socks must be returned with the original tag attached.
● Suspenders must be returned with all clips and/or button loops attached.
● Purchased color swatches and final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
● Custom ties are nonrefundable and may not be returned or exchanged.
COVID-19 Update: For the health and safety of our team, all returns and exchanges received are currently being held for 5 business days before processing. The information regarding how long Coronavirus can live on surfaces is constantly changing, so we feel we must take these extra precautions at this time. We will update any changes to this policy here. We greatly appreciate your patience during this time.
Once processed, refunds or additional charges due (for exchanges) can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account once processed.
