How long do I have to return or exchange?

You have 60 days from receipt to return or exchange your order.

Do you provide a return shipping label?

No. Customers are responsible for shipping returned items back to us at their own expense via their choice of shipping carrier. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Where do I send my return or exchange?

Our return address is included on the Return & Exchange form. Please mail your items using your preferred shipping carrier to:

Why don’t you offer free return shipping?

We’re a small, family-owned business, and we work hard to keep our prices low. Offering free return or exchange shipping would mean increasing product prices to cover the cost. Instead, we provide helpful options like free color swatches, so you can see and match colors in person before placing your order.

I ordered the wrong color. How can I find the right one?

Before returning, consider ordering free color swatches (available to US and Canadian customers). They’re made from the exact same fabric as our ties and accessories, so you can see colors in person before buying.

What should I include with my return or exchange?

Please include the item(s) you’re returning or exchanging along with your completed Return & Exchange form and a copy of your invoice. This helps us quickly process your request.

Can I return just one item or do I have to return everything?

You can return or exchange a single item or your entire order, whatever works best for you.

Will I get a full refund?

You'll receive a refund for the product cost and product sales tax. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Original customs charges for customers outside the United States are non-refundable. If your return affects discounts applied to your order, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally, if return shipping fees or customs are billed to us, that amount will be deducted from your refund.

What You Must Include With Your Return

Shipping Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for the full cost of shipping items back to us. We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • Add tracking to your shipment and keep the receipt. We’re not responsible for returns we don’t receive without a tracking number showing proof of delivery.

Refund Information

  • Refunded: Product cost + product sales tax.
  • Not refunded: Original shipping charges and sales tax on shipping. Original customs charges for customers outside the United States. Any shipping fees or custom charges billed to us on the return.
  • Discounts: If returning items causes your discount to no longer apply, your refund will be reduced accordingly. Discounts cannot be applied to exchanges.
  • Processing time: We process returns and exchanges quickly once they arrive back to us. Refunds or additional exchange charges can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges ship free within the USA via economy shipping. International customers will be emailed shipping charges for approval before we reship.
  • If there's a price difference, we'll contact you for payment or credit back to the original payment method.
  • Need it fast? For urgent exchanges, place a new order right away and return the original separately.
  • Limit: One exchange cycle per order.
  • All return policies apply to exchanges.

Item Condition

  • Items must be in original condition with plastic sleeve or other packaging intact.
  • No refunds or exchanges on items that are worn, soiled, have an odor, or are in unsalable condition.
  • Socks: Must have original tag attached.
  • Suspenders: Must include all clips and/or button loops attached.

These Items Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Custom ties
  • Purchased color swatches
  • Face masks
  • Final sale items
  • Items returned after 60 days
  • Used products or damaged from abuse (yanked, grabbed, twisted, etc.)
