Orders placed by 12 pm CT Mon-Fri leave our warehouse the same day! Orders placed after 12 pm and on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Free shipping at $50
Receive free economy shipping on orders $50 or more! Simply add $50+ to your shopping cart and select "FREE Economy Shipping" at checkout.
Free shipping applies to individual orders shipped within the entire United States. Orders are delivered via our choice of standard UPS or US Post Office shipping and typically arrive in 3 to 8+ days (your time may vary). Orders over $250 will ship free via UPS Ground (estimated 1 to 5 days) throughout the entire United States. $50 free shipping threshold must be met before any applicable tax and after any eligible discounts or promo codes.

Free economy shipping is available on orders $50 or more within the USA. (See free shipping info above.) For orders less than $50 and for those who want to select their shipping method, shipping options include UPS or US Post Office, available at flat rates based on your total order weight. For time sensitive shipments in the USA, we recommend expedited UPS shipping. Shipping options, times in transit and costs are displayed below. Please note that all transit times are estimates only. Additionally, UPS operates on a Monday through Friday schedule. Orders placed after 12 pm central time do not ship until the following business day.

When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, it's going to leave our Illinois warehouse really fast.
Orders placed by 12 pm central time, Monday through Friday, almost always get shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm on weekdays, as well as anytime on weekends or weekday holidays, ship the following business day.
How long your order takes to get to you depends on the shipping option chosen. Shipping options within the USA are listed above.
Need it fast? Rush shipping options
We offer UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping as rush options at checkout. (Saturday delivery is available with UPS, too. For Saturday delivery, call us at 847-566-5980.) UPS operates on a Monday-Friday schedule. Account for no delivery on weekends when selecting your shipping option. Orders placed after 12 pm central time do not ship until the following business day. When a holiday falls on any of the in-transit days, add one extra day for delivery. See the chart below for arrivals using rush shipping.

🎁 Holiday Shipping Schedule
Need it by Christmas? No problem. Shipping carriers do not offer delivery on Christmas Day (Dec. 25), which means the last day for US Post Office and UPS Christmas deliveries is Christmas Eve (Wednesday, Dec. 24). To get your order by Christmas, here are the estimated deadlines for each of our shipping options.

Where do orders ship from?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mundelein, Illinois USA, a northern suburb of Chicago. Inventory is kept on hand at our location, allowing us to ship orders quickly.

International shipping

Blind shipping
Orders are automatically shipped with a business card, return label with our business name and address, and invoice, which includes product prices. If an order is at least $100, we will blind ship so that the package does not include an invoice, business card or return label with our business name and address.You must write "blind ship" in the order comments section at checkout or our company information automatically will be included in the shipment. We do not blind ship orders less than $100.
Gifts
Orders are automatically shipped with an invoice and product prices. If an order is a gift, please write "gift, do not include invoice" in the comments section at checkout and we will remove the invoice. Please note that our products ship in bags with our company name and logo.
Local pick up in Mundelein, Illinois
If you're near our location in Mundelein, IL, you can place your order online and pick it up directly from our warehouse. Here's how:
- At checkout, select "Pick up" as your delivery option.
- Select "525 Morris Ave" as your pick up location.
- Complete the check out process, including payment.
We’ll email you when your order is ready, which is usually within 24 business hours. You can pick it up at 525 Morris Avenue in Mundelein, IL during the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8 am - 3 pm (Central Time)
- Friday: 8 am - 12 pm (Central Time)
Please note: This is a warehouse facility. Customers may not browse our full inventory during pick up.
