We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Money Orders, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Orders are not shipped until we receive full payment. We ship COD via UPS in the USA. COD shipments must be paid by cashiers check or money order and UPS charges an additional $17.50 on COD.
Orders using PayPal as the payment option must be paid for within one hour of ordering. After one hour, orders that have not been paid will be cancelled, and you will have to place and pay for a new order. PayPal orders paying via check are not shipped until the check has cleared. This process takes several days through PayPal.
Our merchant name will appear as TieMart, Inc. on credit card statements and in PayPal.
Where do I enter a promo code?
Once you have added your selections to the shopping cart, promo codes can be entered at checkout. Using a computer, any applicable promo codes can be entered in the right-hand side of the checkout page. Simply enter the code in the discount code box and click apply.
On mobile, promo codes can be entered in two places at checkout: 1) At the very top of the checkout page, click "show cart or enter a coupon code" and the discount code box will appear. 2) When entering payment information, a discount code field is available. With either location, simply enter the promo code and click the arrow button to apply.
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within the United States, where applicable. Tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Sales tax is charged on products and shipping charges. If you are in a state where sales tax is charged and you are tax exempt, please fax your tax exempt letter to 847-388-4704.
Make changes to an order
If you need to make changes to an order already placed, please call us immediately at 847-566-5980. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, our shipping process is very efficient and your order already may have been processed and picked up by shipping carrier. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has left our building.
If you provided an incorrect shipping address when placing your order and the package is undeliverable, there is an additional charge for redelivery. If we receive an order back because it was refused, we refund the item cost only; we do not refund shipping charges.
When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail or text message (if opted in) with your tracking number. This number may take up to 24 hours for tracking to begin.
