Our Mundelein location is a warehouse. We personally ship all of our ties from here, and are offices are located here, too. All of our employees work from this location.

Because our location is a warehouse, we do not let customers browse our inventory. However, if you stop by, our extra-friendly customer service team can show you any ties and accessories you may be interested in. They know our inventory well and are great at suggesting products and matching colors. Come on by!

Orders can be picked up from our Mundelein, IL warehouse location. Here's how:

1. At checkout, enter your correct billing address. Then, enter your shipping address as follows:

2. Continue to shipping and select the "Local Pickup in Mundelein, IL" option at checkout and proceed to place your order.

Local pickup is only available as a shipping option when you enter the above address as your shipping address.

We will email you when your order is ready. Orders may be picked up Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 12 pm central time at 525 Morris Avenue, Mundelein, IL 60060.

Please note that our location is a warehouse, not a retail store, and customers may not browse inventory within the warehouse.

It's a dream to have pop up stores around the country so you can see our ties in person. We're not there yet, but we're full of solutions. In this case, it's free color swatches.

We offer free color swatches from a HUGE selection of our solid and pattern ties. Color swatches are made from the actual tie fabric, so you can match colors in the comfort of your own home. Customers in the United States and Canada can request up to two color swatches for free. We automatically include similar shades, but if there's anything else you'd like to see let us know in the comments section.
