International Orders
Important: Additional INTERNATIONAL FEES at Delivery
If you're ordering from outside the United States, please be aware that you may need to pay additional fees when your package arrives at your door. These are separate from what you pay at checkout with us.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Brokerage fees
- Import taxes
- Any other charges from your carrier or local government
These fees are paid directly to your delivery carrier. They're not included in your order total and we can't collect them at checkout.
Heads up on costs: These fees vary by country, but they can be significant. For example, customers in Canada often see additional charges of 70% or more of their order value. The amount can also fluctuate, so even if you've ordered from us before, the fees may be different from one order to the next.
We're required by law to ship all packages as merchandise at their full declared value for customs reporting.
If you refuse delivery: We totally understand if the fees are higher than expected, but please note that if a package is returned to us, we'll need to deduct certain costs from any refund we issue. This includes:
- Any return shipping costs we incur
- International taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges that were billed to us
The original shipping charges you paid are non-refundable as well. In some cases, these deductions may significantly reduce or eliminate the refund amount.
Countries We Ship To
TieMart, Inc. is based in the United States and ships to the USA, Canada, Australia, and many other countries worldwide.
Please note: We do not currently ship to the European Union.
Not sure if we ship to your country? Simply add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout. If your country appears in the shipping destination list, we can deliver to you. If it doesn't appear, we're unfortunately unable to ship there at this time.
International Shipping Rates & Options
Our international shipping prices reflect the actual cost to ship your package. The exact price depends on:
- What you're ordering (quantity and weight)
- Where you're shipping to
- Which shipping method you choose
How to check your shipping cost: Simply add items to your cart and go to checkout. You'll see all available shipping methods and their prices for your location. You can check costs this way without any obligation to complete your purchase.
Shipping options by destination:
- Canada: UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver
- Australia: UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus
- All other countries: UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus
Important: Please be sure to read about additional delivery fees and customs charges above before completing your order.
International Shipping Timeline
When your order ships:
- Orders placed by 12 pm central time, Monday-Friday: Leave our warehouse the same day
- Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or USA holidays: Ship next business day
Delivery speed:
- An estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout for each available shipping option.
Important note about customs: Customs officials can select any package for inspection at any time, which may delay delivery by a few days to several weeks or longer. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processing times, and these delays are unpredictable.
International Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods for international orders, depending on your location or device:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal
- Amazon Pay
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Venmo
- Checks and Money Orders (must be drawn on a US bank, no exceptions)
Please note:
- CODs and Purchase Orders are not available for international orders
- All international orders must be paid in full before shipping
Having trouble with your credit card? Customers outside the USA often find it easier to complete their purchase using PayPal or Amazon Pay as alternative payment options.
