This is our warehouse and company headquarters. We ship all order from this location, and our offices are here, too.

Please note: This is not a retail store. Customers cannot browse our full inventory in person. However, we’re happy to help you during a visit! Our friendly customer service team knows our products inside and out and can show you specific ties or accessories you're interested in. They’re great at matching colors, too.

Warehouse Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8 am - 3 pm (Central Time)
• Friday: 8 am - 12 pm (Central Time)

If you're nearby, you can place your order online and pick it up directly from our warehouse. Here's how:

1. At checkout, select "Pick up" as your delivery option.
2. Select "525 Morris Ave" as your pick up location.
3. Complete the check out process, including payment.

We’ll email you when your order is ready, which is usually within 24 business hours. You can pick it up at 525 Morris Avenue in Mundelein, IL during the following hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8 am - 3 pm (Central Time)
• Friday: 8 am - 12 pm (Central Time)

We offer up to two free color swatches from a huge selection of solid and patterned ties. These swatches are cut from the actual tie fabric—perfect for matching wedding colors, company colors, uniforms, or shirts at home.

Swatches are available to customers in the US and Canada. We automatically include similar shades, but if there’s anything else you’d like to see, just leave a note in the comments box at checkout.
