Kasey and Nathan's Fun Wedding

Kasey and Nathan are college sweethearts. After being introduced by Nathan’s sister, two and a half years later they were engaged and ready to start wedding planning!

These two make wedding planning look easy, but their secret was keeping the day personal by including their likes, interests and other meaningful details. Starting with wedding colors, Kasey and Nathan kept things simple and chose their favorite colors. Luckily, the light blue, navy, green and white color scheme coordinated flawlessly.

Kasey and Nathan highlighted Nathan’s favorite color, green, in his and his groomsmen’s bow ties. The guys paired TieMart’s mint green emma floral pattern bow ties with fitted suits and brown loafers. The subtle floral bow tie pattern was the perfect complement to the guys’ boutonnieres.

When it came time for the reception, they kept the decor personal and meaningful. There were custom street signs with their names, wedding photos from extended family and an arbor built by Kasey’s dad.

Now this is where the wedding REALLY got fun. Kasey and Nathan love carnival food, so rather than a formal, sit-down dinner they served their guests corndogs, mini hot dogs, sliders, french fries, a cookie bar and other finger foods.

As if the meal wasn’t memorable enough, the couple asked Nathan’s college friends to be their wedding band. During the reception, Nathan even joined the group and sang to Kasey.

At the end of the night, Kasey and Nathan left in style with fun and colorful confetti blasting into the air. Now that’s an exit!
